In order to send the awards via e-mail you must follow the below steps:

1. Click on link below and open form.

2. Fill out the form.

3. Now, save the form on your computer and remember the location you save it to as you will need it during the next step.

4.In your e-mail program address an e-mail to: KEmmons@sedonafire.org and then attach the file "annualawards.pdf" to the e-mail.
