- Maintain all Needed Certifications to Provide Aid to Callers Until Our Responding Units Arrive
- Are Constantly Updating Their Education and Skills Through Ongoing Training
- All Our Communications Staff Must be Certified in Both CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) as well as EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) trained. This Training Enables Our Communications Specialists to Determine The Correct Response and Type of Equipment Needed for Every Call
