Remodel and Upgrade

On June 12, 2003, our center completed the switchover after installing new consoles, radio and telephone equipment.

The old consoles find a new home

Two of the old consoles are kept live as technicians install the new consoles

A temporary training center was set up in the back room for the new phone equipment and mapping system.

Amid the chaos and confusion things were starting to come together....

And on June 12, 2003, a new communications center was born.
