Construction, Temporary Use, and Operational Permits

The current Fee Schedule has been approved by the Sedona Fire District Governing Board and is reviewed for updates each fiscal year.  While representing a thorough list of inspection, plan review, and permitting fees, it is not exhaustive.  Please contact the Community Risk Reduction Division at 928-204-8926 if you cannot locate the fee for your project need.  All interpretations regarding fees and permits are at the sole discretion of the Fire Marshal.

Plan Review and Permit Fees include all required inspections.
If additional inspections are required by the Fire Marshal or requested by the applicant or contractor, additional fees will apply at the specified rate.  Permit fees are in addition to any plan review fees if required.  Plan review requests and permit applications are required before beginning a regulated activity.
All permits- and reviews-after-the-fact will be charged at twice the posted rate.

Certain fees may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the Fire Marshal for government entities and charitable, nonprofit community or philanthropic organizations, and fundraisers.
