While representing a thorough list of inspection, plan review, and permitting fees, it is not exhaustive. Please contact the Community Risk Reduction Division at 928-204-8926 if you cannot locate the fee for your project need. All interpretations regarding fees and permits are at the sole discretion of the Fire Marshal.

Plan Review and Permit Fees include all required inspections.
If additional inspections are required by the Fire Marshal or requested by the applicant or contractor, additional fees will apply at the specified rate.  Permit fees are in addition to any plan review fees if required.  Plan review requests and permit applications are required before beginning a regulated activity.
All permits- and reviews-after-the-fact will be charged at twice the posted rate.

Certain fees may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the Fire Marshal for government entities and charitable, nonprofit community or philanthropic organizations, and fundraisers.

Vendor Business Portals

Access the Vendor Business Portal

This portal is used for contractors to apply for permits and applications.  To do so, each contractor must create an account in the portal.  Once the account is created, permits can be applied for, and any required documents can be uploaded directly to the Fire Marshal’s office.  When registering your account, only check the “Permit Requests” button.  Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance reports are submitted through a third-party vendor (IROL).

Service Provider Reporting (IROL)

Sedona Fire District requires all fire and life safety equipment service-related documents to be submitted through Inspection Reports Online (IROL)

This link will take service providers to the proper website.  If your company already has an account with IROL, then log in as usual to upload the mandatory fire and life safety equipment inspection, testing, and maintenance reports.  If you are a new service provider and do not have an IROL account, one will need to be created.  Do not submit service reports directly to the Sedona Fire District.
